Synergistic Activities
- Since 1999: established computational physics activity at the University of Oslo; developed courses from scratch. Recognised with the Excellence in Teaching award from UiO in 2015.
- Co-developed Computing in Science Education (CSE) at UiO — received the UiO Excellence in Teaching award in 2011 and the NOKUT award in 2012.
- Initiated and co-led the Nuclear Talent initiative (2010–2019), providing advanced training to graduate students in low-energy nuclear theory globally.
- Initiated and leads the MSc programme in Computational Science at UiO — a multi-disciplinary programme spanning seven departments.
